I love Crystal Light and they have a new line of flavors; they include Energy, Hydration, and Immunity. I guess it's a lot healthier than energy drinks and Gatorade type drinks.


It doesn't give you the kick that Red Bull and the like does though.

I worked in a 24 hr. truckstop and took it to stay awake for double shifts. Towards the end I was taking close to 10 at a time.

MONSTER is the breakfast drink of choice the high school i teach at. the kids bring it on campus. i tell them to quit drinking hair spray.

I think if it was banned the first time around, then it was banned for a really good reason. Weren't there cases of people having heart attacks and dying because of them. I'm sure I remember hearing that.....it's the most logical reasoning for the ban. Even the energy pills I used to take that didn't have ephedra would keep me up all night.....so I could imagine would multiple doses of ephedra would do. Even now when I have to pull all nighters, I try to take caution in the pills I choose. If that makes any sense , because people get on me about taking energy supplements all together. The same people who drink coffee.

Ugh. Energy drinks scare me. A friend of mine drinks Vodka Red Bulls every weekend and now he has a strange growth on his head, I think that's what it's from. I noticed that there is an energy drink called Cocaine. I don't know what I think about that. Yeah, maybe it's for the good because people will start associating the word Cocaine with an energy drink and maybe it will curb real cocaine use but at the same time maybe it just refreshes the idea of cocaine in peoples minds and they're like "yeah, I want some cocaine."

Anyway, energy drinks are scary.
