OK... so how could Phil get the upper hand on Tony?

Bobby's dead sad and Silvio not expected to regain consciousness... and Tony holed up God knows where sledeping with a rifle on his stomach...

The shrink tossed him out of her office.

AJ is on the verge of suicide.

How else could this end except for one way???
