I noticed that if some smokers stop smoking for a while their voice starts to clear up a bit.

It's still better than a grown woman who talks like a little girl.

The best thing about older women smokers is that mostly, they don't like to talk.
Usually, right after we're done, they just like to roll over to their side of the bed & chain smoke a few, therefore allowing me to get some well-deserved shut-eye.
