I know. I have a goal to lose 2-3 more clothing sizes by the fall. I lost 4 last year and gained about 1 1/2 back as I quit and I've been stagnant since. I know that's just an excuse, but as far as I'm concerned it's a good one. If I can get down 2-3 more it won't be so bad to pick another one back up.
