But the way they do it here, isnt the same.. best go to a restaurant in Japan where they make real sushi.. totally different.. California is loaded with great sushi... good too hear a Brit likes it... I took a few Brits and an Isreali to dinner sushi style a year back and  They tried real hard to get through it and H A T E D I T ! they hated it????

I kid you not... It was Jon, Toni and Arial and I packed 150.00 of sushi into my fridge... I had to take it to work the next day! I make a great Brit however, I adore Pasties (sp) and fish and mushy peas.. alright I bombed on bitter beer....
