Look at it this way...you have good teeth. Unlike me who was born with bad teeth and no matter how much I brushed them I always got cavities. I at one point was brushing my teeth so much to try and avoid cavities that my dentist told me to stop because I was loosing enamel. Then I had to have all of my wisdom teeth and three of my two year molars surgically extracted...stiches in my mouth and all when it was done...yeah that was fun. I cried because I was so humgary when the anesthegia wore off and I could not chew when I tried to eat...
I don't think a little ice chewing is gonna hurt ya just be careful with it. Atleast ya don't have the pain in the ass teeth that I have... [Edited 6/1/07 18:35pm]

I hear a little 3121 ( just two sprays) cures the itch... chases humans away but hey! Well lots of natural sources contain the iron like spinach!?!?!??!?!??! Do you like this one?

I just asked my DR friend Jim and he said that that's pretty much a myth Be interesting to see what his iron count is! I was an accidental veggie for many years and presented many of the symptoms of anemia.... Same Dr asked what was my cholesterol count ( after I told him I tested real good on iron) I brought him my blood work and he was on the money. I in fact have far below normal cholesterol numbers and over a fabulous brunch he holllered I bet that you suffer from blah blah blah symptoms which were spot on. I enquired as to why many DRs were unaware and he said it was due to it not having a medicine to cover it. A lot of continuing education is done through the pharmaceutical industry. Being as it is a rare problem, no research is done on it. Not disputing Dr Jim and I agree often times such things are rare and overated but I would still like to see his iron count! NOTE: I am not into natural healing and the like as a rule so I am not coming at you like a tree hugging hippie...

My boyfriend used to weigh about 90kg (nearly 200 lbs) when he was 15. During the summer between elementary and junior high, whenever he had cravings for anything, he would get a huge bowl of icecubes and eat 'em until he was full.
He had been bullied for several years in elementary school for being fat, and when junior high started, he became one of the most popular boys in school. He had lost almost 20 kg during the summer. Allow me to introduce: Ms. Onder and Mrs. Donk! (o)(o)
They now belong to BigBearHermy.

My favorite ice to chew is the cubes that have been in a cold drink for a while and they're all worn down and easy to crunch.
