Oh, it's not good when speaking English to a Thai to start your sentence with 'I hear' as you'll basically be saying 'Hey bitch'.

Or 'I sat' come to think of it, though it's more like a cross between 'sat' and 'sut'. Still, a little too close to 'Hey animal'.
