baby, don't be depressed!  the 20s are for crazies. The thirties are about coralling the crazy pests that live in our heads I love being 30 something, although I do have to admit that I'm kinda trippin out I'll be 40 in 3 years  At least you have 10 years before ya get there

I noticed the following changes when I hit 30:
sex drive increased harder to lose weight thats not soo bad, it could be worse Say it's just a dream...

The week before I turned 30, I freaked the hell out about it. The day after, I was fine. I am two years away from being 40 and I am looking forward to it. the only freak outs were this moment of "holy shit, my 20s are gone" and then deciding i HAVE to get healthier, so i quit drinking soda again, started monitoring my caloric/sugar/fat/carb intake, and i have already lost 6 pounds just from that. also decided to give quitting smoking another shot and dyed my hair redder. i didnt read the whole thread but, am i the only one who thinks that my thirties are the best time of my life? i've become more straightforward about what i want and dont want, more self assured and just plain happy. i get a little down sometimes but i can handle things better emotionally. i just dont give a fuck as much
