No fair Starbucks, no fucking fair  370? Isn't that almost the same amount of calories in a soda can? No, most sodas are around 140, but the sugar grams are really high...more than a regular sized candy bar (Snickers). Along with genetics, several sodas a day lead to my brother's diabetes. That's why I stopped drinking them years ago. That and I used to didn't drink water on a daily basis, so drinking only sodas would kinda mess up my bladder/kidneys. Occasionally I'll drink a regular one, but overall I try to avoid them. I don't even like diet ones....never did. I'm picky about diet sodas if I drink them. Diet Mountain Dew,Diet Coke, and Diet Dr. Pepper taste the best having to choose , because those used to be my favorite regular sodas. My god it really has been years since I've had a regular Mt.
