Oh yeah, and since we've had our girls and kept a light on in the bathroom for them all these years, I now find it difficult to get to sleep if there isn't a little light from somewhere. Not because I'm scared though, just because I'm use to a little light.

I absolutely love darkness, the darker the better. Pitch black, blackout in a city etc...

Although I don't feel afraid of the dark, I only like it dark when I go to bed to sleep. In the evenings I turn on all the lamps in my living room.

Yeah I didnt used to be, but in my last flat I got used to sleeping with the light on, although Im not sure why I kept it on in the first place! now I just sleep with the curtains open a bit.

I have to admit, at 37 there is no way my bare feet dangle off the bed at night
