The seizure and the resulting pressure on my brain stem left me to control only my thoughts and my eyes. Yeah, for me it'd be tricky. Any kind of international money order from here could be difficult to cash (and would certainly charge him for it), and my cheque book is kept back home with my father (some signed so he can cash get money from me when he needs to ), so Paypal would be the easiest.

So there's actually a procedure available that would put him back on his feet, and the only reason he hasn't had it done the past six years is because he hasn't had enough money? In that case it's even more heartbreaking than the fact alone that he's paralyzed.

I'd be prepared to send money but like many others I would prefer a PayPal payment. I'm not sure I trust Dook though. Could you maybe set up the account, Miguel?
