even though i sleep naked and alone

I just went crazy on bedding. I bought a new (firm) mattress and box spring, a goose down feather bed, a feather bed cover, four goose down pillows, four pillow covers, 600 thread count sheets and pillow cases, a goose down duvet, and a 800 thread count duvet cover. All white.

It pretty much looks like this (without the blond)...



It is super comfy and I never want to leave it.

Any ladies want to help me break it in?

My sheets are lime green, cotton, moderate thread count (300-400? I don't know... ). My comforter is black. I have a pink throw blanket and a big pink fuzzy heart shaped pillow on my bed. It's kinda kitschy but it suits me.

fresh, clean and crisp sheets are one of the nicest pleasures in this world.

For me it's cause I've been apartment living too long. Walls and floors are always white and neutral and you can't change that so the only color is your own furnishings.
That and white sheets can seem kinda institutional. Though I imagine your bedroom is anything but.

I normally have a white duvet on my bed (with the quilted coverlet folded at the foot of the bed) but it's out at the cleaners.

I can't find any of my stuff online but the main color in the bedroom is a deep red, kind of cranberry or garnet. 4 decorative pillows, 1 memory foam that I sleep on, winter is down comforter & duvet cover, summer is a thin spread. Super cozy, I need to put my curtain tye backs on my wall already
