Hey everyone I want to get some thoughts/advice on an issue I am having...I have been laid off for 2 months and last week I started training at the local youth jail and I thought that would be the place for me but it is not...it takes a certain kind of person to do jail work and I aint it, plus it is part time with no benefits and it might take years to get full time....here is my problem: I think I will be able to stay on my plan from being laid off until I finish school this fall, in fact my last class ends in Nov 2007...being off has been hell for me because my family sees this as a licsence to take advantage of me...even though I am working now my sister still called me today, and under guise of "how was your work day" wanted to know if I could babysit to save her money and my other sister does the same thing to me...I have already had a fight with them over that and all it did was cause my mom to be pissed off at me...I cant deal with another job that I hate because I just ended an 11 year run at a job that I hated and it made me sick...and I am afraid that I am just being lazy by not wanting to work the crazy hours that I have been doing, a different shift every day, 1st 2nd and the 3rd graveyard shift for less money...I just kinda wanted to vent now that I have typed this out because I really have no one around in the family to talk to because my family is so selfish...any thoughts/ideas? thanks my fellow orgers!
