All you aquarists out there...post some pics !!! Jerseykrs inspired me to create this thread...all you aquarium enthusiasts, please post a few pics of your fishtanks...I´ve got two, one with shelldwellers ( neolamprologus multifasciatus ) and Thai mangrove crabs , and another one with a couple of ramirezi, neons and some weird looking sucker fish and Siamese algae eaters...here are some pics. You only had one ? Post a pic, spill a bit of liquor, let´s have a memorial day... Ya, he was massive though. He was the alpha fish in my friends tank until he was overthrown by a younger male. He was getting his ass kicked on a daily basis so he was given to me (my tank had been empty for a while). I guess his beatings turned out to be fatal in the end.

What kind of a cichlid is THAT ? That´s one of the many reasons why I only keep multifasciatus cichlids...most of the other cichlids simply become too big after a couple of years. But I´m thinking about getting a bigger tank for my shelldwellers, give it some sort of "seawaterish" look ( lots of sand, stones and shells and a bit more blue light, just a little bit ) and then add some other cichlids that are a bit more colorful and bigger, but not that big. Did you know that every now and then you're supposed to feed them? More fish die from overfeeding than starvation. That fish sure doesn´t look like he´s starved.
