I stick mostly with the free weights, it gives me better results. Only time I use machines are for lat/tricep pulldowns, leg press and rows. So? Get in there and do your thing! Don't worry about anyone else. And don't try to lift more than you can handle. Form is the key, otherwise you're not working the muscle correctly. I see so many cats at the gym lift more than they should. Their form sucks, but they think they're doing something. | |
