Thanks for posting this.

It should be a matter of common courtesy not to be a douchebag to low-level workers, but you'd be amazed the number of people you can see in stores/at the mall/at the park/at fast food joints on any given day who think they have the right to shit all over the minimum wage workers. I know it's a sort of power trip, and people who make a habit of doing that generally feel pretty low about themselves and/or powerless, but damn!

What makes me even angrier is that many companies expect their employees to just put up with that sort of behaviour from customers. You know, that old "The customer is always right" gem.
