How Would You Spend It?

if you now knew how much time you had left on this earth; say 1 to 2 years. what would you want to do with it? and if you had the choice of knowing or not knowing the number of your days, which would you choose?

Hmmmmm.... mayhap I would... and of course given the path... I would seek to set my children further along this wrolds way... Had I not any, I would seek to further the living... given the facts, what else is there to do?

Well if money wasn't an issue, I'd travel the world until the day I die, helping souls wherever I go.

Hmmmm tough one.

The one thing that sprung immediately to mind is to work on leaving my name on this earth IE Having a child. However that would depend on much, given i would be gone how would my other half feel about raising the child alone? How would this affect the child? What difficulties would be faced?

So now i am not sure....but my first selfish thought was that i don't want to die without holding my child in my arms.

in reality i don't think i would change all that much. i've seen lots of
people i knew that were diagnosed with incurable cancer and given a pretty
much set amount of time and apart from arranging some financial things for
kids or partners they didn't do anything that special.

i guess you just try to keep on living, right? although i would certainly
want to travel to two or three places i've always wanted to see and make
it no expense spared.

but then if you'd have kids to take care of and a partner, what else is
there to do but try and make it as best as possible right where you were
the day before you got the news?

I'd cash in my 401k, travel as much as possible and spend as much time with loved ones as I can. I'd buy flowers regularly, go to every show that tickles my fancy and make sure my kitty will be well taken care of when I'm gone. If there's any money leftover it'll all go to charity. Basically everything I'm doing today except work and worrying about money and work.
I think I'd want to know... That way I can plan for it.

I would want to know how many days so I could pack stuff in!
If I had a year to live I would drain every dollar I had doing everything I had ever wanted
