Oh! and the beer in Heidelberg if the best ever,(only on tap) and they have nice pewter flasks in shops, with intricate designs,medieval crusades stuff, if you drink in places where you need one....the pewter craftmanship is unique.
Don't forget to try the blood sausages. Delicious! AND the wine tasting along the Rhine is a must. There's really great wine in Germany, unlike the French...of course, I only drink white wine.
And Frankfurt has the best gay discos. I remember partying with the hubby and a friend there when "Word Up" came out, by Cameo.

The problem with laptops in Europe is, the hotels tend to charge for extras. In the US, we don't get a fee for internet access at the hotels where we stay and it can add to your bill.....
.....NOt that we aren't worth it, you cheap bast..uh nevermind. Save $$ for all the beer.
