I WAS TOO FUCKING LONG!
Man... waaaaay drawn out, not a clear storyling, a lot of mumbling (to the point and so often that you end up not really caring what you missed anyway!). It was a huge disappointment. I'd wait for the video... 2 out of 5 stars. IMO...  |

I think that must be something with the theatres cause like I mentioned before, I saw it at the drive-in where I had no problem hearing any dialogue at the same time wasn't overwelmed with all the special sound effects. | |

This one's definitely a love it or hate it. I loved it. That said, it wasn't problem free.
-In the second movie it's mentioned that Sparrow and Beckett both left a mark on each other, and it's brought up again in this one. I realize that Beckett's mark could be, and probably is, psychological rather than physical, but we see the brand on Jack's arm, and never have any indication of what mark he left on Cutler Beckett. -How did the Kraken die? -Tia Dalma turning out to be the goddess Calypso was a cool idea, but extremely poorly done. She turns into a giant and stirs up the water a bit? That's it? Things I did like: -The bittersweet ending. I'm so glad it didn't have a Disney-fied sugary finish. -Keef's cameo, especially the guitar playing and when Jack asks about his Mum. 
-Barbossa and Sparrow behaving like an old married couple -The wedding scene. I wish I could get married on a pirate ship in the middle of a battle -Jack's hallucinations. "Nobody move! I've dropped me brain!" As for those who say it's confusing: I'm sorry, but you can't be all that bright. Everything important is sorted out for you. "A Watcher scoffs at gravity!" | |

The first thing that Beckett did to show Davy Jones he had control by means of having his heart was to make Davy Jones kill the Kraken. That was actually in the movie. It's briefly mentioned in dialog then followed up by showing the Kraken washed ashore. I'm firmly planted in denial |

It was too hard to follow, hard to understand the characters, I swear I have no idea what that "calypso" ever said.

I saw it a few days ago....too much pirate on pirate action
if you ask me... They could easily have cut an hour out
of the film without losing any plot really... I love Johnny and Orlando as well, but the humor just wasn't there like the first movie.... And I didn't understand one think Calypso ever said... | |

I saw Pirate of the Carribean 3 and I thought it was confussing. Will there be a part 4? I really like spicy food. I mostly put Jalapenos on a lot of my food.
