Paris has a well deserved reputation...beautiful! Thanks for sharing...
BTW, I don't really like the colorful newer artwork mixed with your obviously rich history of art...just a preference.

Detroit : Soldiers and Sailors Monument - Built to honor the 90,000+ Michigan soldiers that fought in, and the 14,000+ who died in the American civil war. The monument contains 4 seven foot tall soldiers representing the 4 divisions of the army, 4 women representing the american ideals of liberty, union, emancipation and history. (The emancipation bust is rumored to be sat for by Sojourner Truth) and an 11 ft tall shield baring Warrior at the top, simply known as "Michigan"

A statue outside of Toronto's Union station

A sculpted flock of Canadian geese inside Toronto's Eaton Centre mall. (The pic does this art no justice):

...And one from the hometown. Downtown Cleveland's Free Stamp sculpture:

I like it...at least she has clothes on...in the D we have a naked assed ballerina smack in the middle of downtown...hmm
They always put a jersey on the Spirit of Detroit, I say, place a dress
on the ballerina shit...and put a big-ass wristband on the FIST...oh no, they don't wanna put me in charge of dressing up downtown after a victorious season.
