Did anybody else see the satellite launch last night in So Cal?!!! WOW!!! It was amazing. A satellite was launched last night in the twilight sky over Southern California leaving a glowing trail that spanned a huge part of the western sky.
It glowed so bright that at first I thought it was a plane and then it started casting a haze around it which was huge and I then thought that it was a comet entering the atmosphere. Then I got totally scared and freaked out because it glowed brightly for about a minute and if it was a comet, that thing wasn't disolving. I had images of anihalation. Then at the peak of its' glow it blew up and it looked just like a firework. Anybody else see this spectacular sight? 2010: Healing the Wounds of the Past.... http://prince.org/msg/8/325740

eye witnessed a re-entry n the dead of a clear winter sky n Nevada at 3-4am n the morning...
started like a spark, then grew red, then orange white, then at the size of a baseball, it lite the whole nite sky 2 daylite, and had a rainbow tail that spanned the whole sky and glowed hotly 4 a few minutes long after the shuttle had gone over the hill. nothing can compare with that site. sorta scarey 2...looked like an asteroid crashing...cars stopped rite n the middle of the freeway 2 watch, and nobody honked. ppl sat hushed 4 a minute or 2 when it was over. ...AND?
