Mahi Mahi, Salmon, rainbow trout, and halibut. All, when prepared well are the stuff. Mahi Mahi is great in salad. Salmon is good as a burger, a filet, or on crackers. Rainbow trout is good fried, bar b q, or spicy, and halibut is my favorite fish with chips!
