I was at the Bata Shoe Museum in Toronto about a month ago and I saw far-and-away the sexiest high-heeled boot I've ever seen in my life! I think it was a concept design -- I'm not even sure a woman could wear it. Sort of a hooker boot as imagined by H.R. Geiger.
