Once they get out of serious competition their bodies can be amazing but lots of those girls don't get periods because of the abuse. Most gymnasts on TV aren't sexy at all. My Legacy

I can not wear flat either, unless they are tennis shoes....they hurt my feet and my ankles don't like flats either.

And I wear them almost exclusively. I steer clear of stilettos, they just fuck me UP I have one pair of stiletto boots but I've only worn those fuckers twice in 4 years I like a more sturdy heel - I can do up to 3 inches comfortably, I don't own a heel over 4.5. I walk okay in them but if I mistakenly wear them on a long night of standing, you can definitely tell

It's still gotta suck. I mean, given your druthers, wouldn't you rather wear, say, sneakers? Nope. Nothing makes your legs look better than a pair of high heels. I wore flats for years and I'm back to heels most of the time now. You can't be fabulous in sneakers. We don’t mourn artists because we knew them. We mourn them because they helped us know ourselves.

I dunno if he was impressed or mortified.

Zexy?? Heels have their purpose. Depends on the outfit. I have a pair of 6 " clear plastic stilletos I just pose in provocatively..... [Edited 5/17/07 19:07pm]

I wear high heels nearly daily. They're actually more comfortable - when I was a kid my mother used to have to constantly remind me not to walk on my tip toes. Now I do it all the time and no one reminds me not to. Maybe it has something to do with the heel supporting my foot...?
But I don't really find them uncomfortable unless they're really short (for some reason it feels odd to wear two inch heels) or I'm wearing them for walking long distances. HE'S COMING AGAIN

Honestly (teasing Erin notwithstanding) I wonder if it has to do with the shape of the foot or something...I have really long, narrow feet with hardly any arch and heels with little support are really difficult for me to walk in - it's not even worth it to me. But others find it much easier. Have you always found them to be comfortable?

Yeah. I remember always being mad that they didn't really have heels in the little girl's section - when I finally started wearing women's shoes I realized how much more comfortable they were than girl's shoes because heels were more available. Sounds crazy. That's why I think you're right that the arch of the foot has a lot to do with it. There's really not much other that I can think would explain it HE'S COMING AGAIN
