Its springtime... Time for Spring Football,, I love football! God dang, sometimes I forget how much I love coaching football until days like today! Today was the official start of spring football! Up until now I've just been doing basic lifts and conditioning with the returning players, but today we had 112 kid turn out and play enthusiastically. We started with position station drills like the shuttle, ladder, rings, bertha, and the martha, then we broke out into team Agilities/stretching and the first break of the year all 112 of us clapped it up and yelled on command, "I love football, lets decapitate some heads!" Then we worked our ass off until 7:30! It was beautiful! I love football and you should too, This years Motto : Want Some, Get Some, Work Hard or Go Home! I'm hyped like a sun of a gun! clap it baby! whooah! Carpenters bend wood, fletchers bend arrows, wise men fashion themselves.
