I heard on tv today...the producers said they are not sure if George or Dr. Burke characters will be returning to Grey's Anatomy.

I like both characters and I think there would be a void without them. TR Knight said earlier this year that it might be time to move on, but wasn't sure if show would let him out of contract. Said he didn't want to be typecast as just george.
As far as Washington....hopefully it's not related to that insensitive slur he said....I was hoping they would just move forward.

Your thoughts??

I'm not a big fan of the show this year, Last year was just enough drama with comedic relief, this yr was just too heavy handed. I'm still confused why Meredith decided to drown after she was toppled into the harbor??

As For Washington I'd be more than happy to see him leave the show, I think his character is the least interesting and Isaiah's acting is wooden at best. Then again its hard to like an actor who keeps repeating "faggot" every time he opens his mouth. George I like but also I didn't care for the storyline this year, Basically for the last 2 months George has been walking around with a confused look on his face 24/7. TR Knight would be foolish to leave @ this point, he would do better to balance both a television series and movies for a while longer.

The new spin off has potential, specially with the cast they have lined up. Then again I'm a huge Amy Brenneman fan.

Last i knew was Addison's character is having her own spin-off, which seems to be why they made her go to LA with all those new characters around her..

Isaiah, as big an idiot as he is, is still too delicious. I wanna see Dr. Burke errry damn week, I don't care if he has no lines & is just walking around mad @ Christina I like his character. I think what has been described as "wooden acting" is really his version of stoic & meticulous - he's as good an actor as anyone else on that show, honestly.

So I don't want anyone to leave. & they better find something for McSteamy to do soon, otherwise he's just standing around looking cute. He needs a real storyline if he's gonna stay...

i thought this season's finale was the worst out of all seasons.

either they call it quits or come up with a whole different spin for the next season, if there's one. though to me it seems like it's over with Addison's character having a spin-off and TR wanting to move on (unless a new season was announced without me knowing)
