Summer time is coming, and that means....SLURPEES!

What's your favorite flavor???
As far as I'm concerned, there is nothing better than CHERRY...
(but I couldn't find a pic of one) sad

Thanks for the laughs, arguments and overall enjoyment for the last umpteen years. It's time for me to retire from Prince.org and engage in the real world...lol. Above all, I appreciated the talent Prince. You were one of a kind.

Red, where you from, Mars??? You absolutely must try a slurpee...
I'm not sure if they are exclusive to 7-11 chain stores though...

The UK, and I am guessing they are the same as Slush Puppies we get over here.. they arent that great here.. just iced water slush with loads of colouring and artificial flavour, that you seem to slurp out about quarter way through..

You know I get brain freeze quite often when I eat ice cream and such, but there is no word for it in Swedish so instead I've tried to describe the sensation to people over here, but nobody has had a clue what I'm talking about. Then when I went over to North America I realized that pretty much everybody has felt it and that there's a familiar word for it. I still can't understand it. It's one thing if the word is a cultural phenomenon, but the actual sensation? Surely more non-Americans than me must have felt it?

It's an everyday mystery. razz

I know what it feels like. What I was saying is that no other non-North Americans seem to know. Except you. smile
