I really love it. 2 x 15 minutes sweating, ice cold bath and u feel completely reborn again.

I only like it if I can go jump in a pool afterwards.

My uncle lives on a river (fed by glaciers -- cold!) and he has little sort of hut thing, and he heats rocks with a fire and tosses water on them. . . old-skool natural sauna.

And then jumps in the river.

THAT sounds like fun.
