firstly i would draft a letter, explaining in detail the events you have described to us. timetabling everything in order, explaining clearly his actions, and how they made u feel.

adding that it was the reason why you felt you couldnt work there anymore.

include that you spoke to the other partner and state that you believe that he was covering for his partner and showed no emotional response and offered you no support as an employee.

explain how you believe that you have been abused and you were threatened sexually and that you are seriously considering filing a police report and make an official complaint of the incident plus you will be seeking legal advice on your rights especially on the matter of your outstanding wages.

now post this letter to your ex employees and use it to file your police complaint.

these people survive on their preys silence...

First off: did you contact the police department and file a report/complaint??
Start there. Chances are, he may already have a record. (one of the times this happened to me, I got his lic. plate #, described him, and he was already in the files) I realize since there are no witnesses, there may not be an outcome. On the other hand, he gets enough complaints, and finally gets caught, it may be a factor.
Stop interacting with the business.
Contact your state Labor Board. In Arizona, one can get triple damages for deliberately withholding $$ due to an employee.
