go to the cops, hire a good attorney. legal aid might take the suit on.
you were sexually harassed, and that carries big $$ penalties to your employer.
it will be cheaper to pay you.

this man may do worse in the future. you have an obligation as a human to do something.

I'd talk to the other female employees, see if he's done the same shit to anybody else. I'd also press charges for sure, and sue.

sue them to at LEAST get your paychecks.

then maybe consider picking up kickboxing/martial arts so you won't be intimidated by a creep like that ever again

When you go back to confront this other manager, see if you can secretly record your conversation so you have proof that they aren't taking you seriously. How stupid are these people trying not to pay you. That just pisses a person off even more.

You know, there was a time in my life I'd have walked out and been upset and been done with the place and probably not gone back, even for a paycheck. And I can't fault anyone for that.
But if something like that happened to me now, I would very sternly say "What the HELL is wrong with you??? Put your dick AWAY! This IS NOT OK!" And call over anyone who was in the vicinity.

It's a damn shame. It really is. You were just going about your business doing your job and this fucker had to do something so utterly assinine and stupid. And now has caused you not to get your rightful pay. It's SO UNFAIR.

Seriously, look for legal advice. Talk to other women who work or have worked there. Chances are you aren't the only one this has happened to.

Report them to somebody! This ain't Mc donalds. The can't get away with this stuff!

Write to them and threaten legal action, say within 7 days. If they do not respond after 7 days, write another letter saying that the matter is now being put into the hands of your Attorney (Lawyer, Solicitor - whatever) and could they get in touch with their employers liability insurers to let them know that legal action will be pending with regard to sexual harassment and illegal withholding your wages.

a good attorney still will do pro bono work, or even do work without a retainer, in hopes of a good settlement.

the bottom line is, your rights were violated, and sexual harassment is a very serious thing.
