I like to dole out "cutie", "hottie" and "sweetie". And I like to hear the same. Also use "chick" quite a bit when I'm referring to a girl. Don't mind hearing "boy" or "honey" from girls, either. What do you like to hear?

i hate names like that normally. but damnit...i don't mind 'darling'.

I like to say sweetie, but there is only one boy IRL who gets away with that, and it isn't anyone I have ever been romantically involved with. My husband calls me hot when the mood strikes him.

Funny my sister is the same way, her name is Melissa and hates being called Missy, but I do it and I am the only one she lets call her that. Anyone else she lectures them about how that is not her name and to not call her that.
