A glass of tea with two cloves and a bit of lemon juice in it ...two slices of German "Schwarzbrot" bread with a few slices of French cheese.

Cajun broiled fish, long grain rice and stir fry veggies. with a slice of coffee can bread and strawberry jam on top!!!

I went to a dinner for the conference I'm at. They don't serve much in the way of vegetarian. I had salad and a plate full of steamed vegetables for lunch. 
For dinner I had a roll, some green beans, some carrots and some au graten potatoes that I suspect weren't vegetarian. Dessert was peach cobbler with cream, though.

this is for last night ( Tuesday). I made a pot roast, with onions & carrots, green beans, mac & cheese and corn on the cob..good ol'southern meal..lol Because of God..we 2 r 1~~Darren & Suzyn forever
