A glass of tea with two cloves and a bit of lemon juice in it ...two slices of German "Schwarzbrot" bread with a few slices of French cheese.

Maybe a protein shake before I go to bed.

I went to a dinner for the conference I'm at. They don't serve much in the way of vegetarian. I had salad and a plate full of steamed vegetables for lunch. neutral
For dinner I had a roll, some green beans, some carrots and some au graten potatoes that I suspect weren't vegetarian.
Dessert was peach cobbler with cream, though. drool

My sister, niece and I ate at AH-SO, a Japanese open-grill restaurant. Grilled vegetables, rice, salad and 2 beers.

I had a taster of wild bore, local trout and venison. This was followed by spinach noodles in a four cheese sauce and apple pie and ice cream for dessert.
