I was a spanish minor and I always liked the way it was pronounced with an accent. Sounded more exotic or something! I have always been happy with my name... though I think the story behind why is a little messed up

Do yous want to hear it? It'll take me ages to type so I wanna make sure yous wanna hear it first? yes!!!! please! Okey dokey.....the key to a flat stomach.....isssss... Firstly, sit-ups/crunches are only really good for the area above your belly button. The tricky area is below your belly button heading towards your lady garden..... Now start off by lying flat on your back with your knees bent and your feet flat on the ground. Place both your hands flat on your lower stomach so you can feel what area you should be concentrating on. Suck your stomach in tight and press your lower back into the ground (very important or it wont work!) keep like this for the entire excersise. Now this movement is REALLY small but it should be difficult, it takes awhile to get it, but don't give up keep trying. Lift both feet off the floor (suck that stomach in) now gently paddle feet back and forth tipping your toes off the ground. Do it about 30 times, take a break and do it again. Once you feel like you are doing it correctly, stretch your legs out a little further each time you do it as this makes the excersise more intense. If you get really brave, stretch your legs out straight about two feet from the floor and hold them there for 20 seconds intervals (be careful if you have a bad back). The only way this works is if you keep your lower back PRESSED into the ground, do not arch it! Believe me THIS REALLY WORKS! Now don't just read it, get up and do it! Ok yous all better do this excersise cause this is my 2nd time typing this damn thing out I got the dreaded white sreen the 1st time and didnt copy ps some1 spell excersise 4 me, i know that aint right!! All of me I give 2 thee down at your feet

I'm sure it works, but only if you don't have 5 inches of fat on your stomach to get rid of first. If ya do, you need to cardio it up first and then do these toning exercises.

Yes if you have 5 inches of fat on your stomach, you should do cv work ....treadmill/crosstrainer...etc anything that gets your heartrate up to burn off the fat. Then tone away! All of me I give 2 thee down at your feet

I know what you mean, I was more thinking of that little paunch in the lower stomach that every woman dreads, this excersise is designed for that. As I said if someone as really overweight they should think of losing it before toning, but 1 inch gut is ok All of me I give 2 thee down at your feet

Does anyone use heat packs when on their periods? I have the heating pillow that has rice in it and you can heat it in the microwave, but I don't put it directly on my back I put a towel under the pillow. I really like spicy food. I mostly put Jalapenos on a lot of my food.
