Ok some months ago I started talking a lot with a guy and ok we became really good friends (I knew him since 4 years but we didn't talk that much)And well some days ago I received some love e-cards and stuff like this and he confessed me that he is in love with me.Well I'm not intrested @ him @ all and I kinda rejected him.But this Saturday morning my best friend Mary told me that his father has cancer...I was like Of course I didn't tell him that I knew it and ok yesterday we had 2 take an exam and he came bcuz he had 2 take it and he was like shit and I told him 2 come and sit next 2 me and tell me y he is like this and he told me that he's father is in the hospital and has cancer...I tried 2 comfort his as much as I could...But this morning I sent a text message 2 my best friend while I was @ school asking her how was he (they r in the same school) and she told me that his father died.I imidiatly text message the guy and asked him how is he and his father and he told me that his father died and 2morrow is the funeral.I feel so bad now.Poor boy...life is so unfair

I think you should just give him some time to mourn.. and then maybe go over for a visit in a couple of weeks!

Don't fuck things up further and begin a relationship with him out of pity?
Because that can get very messy. I'm sure he already has way too much on his plate.
