I was thinking back on all my apartments in my life and yes, they all had architectural charm. biggrin Either dark woodwork with chandeliers, ornate ceiling molding with stained glass windows in the hallway, cedar shingles and a painted rainbow over the door, and now I have built-in Victorian glass cabinets and a profusion of nasturtiums around my door. It's a MUST!

lol Not for me, I just want a decent amount of space & insulated windows - THAT should have been on my list! Nothing like thin ass windows that let you hear everything happening outside shake
