Pissed and disgruntled!! GRRRRRRR!!! You know, I'm not the type of person to get all worked up over ANYTHING but today is just NOT my day.....
My computer crashed and wiped my hard drive CLEAN OUT!!!!!  I've had this puppy for two years which = two years of papers, recipes. pictures and most of all 
my music collection!!!! 3,000 songs GONE 26 hrs of Prince music alone GONE

In the future be sure to buy a external hard-drive and back it up. We just bought a 250 gig external harddrive for $90 so we can backup anything important. We also keep the real important stuff on the other computer for triple protection. | |

Yeah, sadly most of us have to experience data loss at some point before we'll DO that. Having experienced data loss  (long time ago, thankfully), I now have two external hard drives with backups, and the minimal stuff I have that I would really be pissed to lose is also backed up on a friend's external drive (so if my place burns down, all of my backups aren't in the same building).
Overkill? Maybe. But I have a LOT of music that I don't want to lose.  oh noes, prince is gonna soo me!!1! | |
