I am off to eat Mexican food!

Here in Texas Mexican food is #1! lol! I always see gringos eating at Mexican restaurants.
I really like spicy food. I mostly put Jalapenos on a lot of my food.

As long as people don't drown it in melted cheese, grease, and sour cream, Mexican food is very fresh and healthy. nod

It all depends on how you prepare it.

I had this idea that all that hot and spicey food wouldn't be very healthy in the long run shrug

87 is not bad if it's average but everybody knows someone whose uncle's friend was a heavy smoker and lived past his 90s confused

The average life expectancy for the U.S. and Mexico is between 75 and 80 years so 87 is not young, it's older than the average.
