thick wedges

Put on oven tray
Sprinkle with a lil extra virgin olive oil, and herbs, or paprika or whatever you fancy

whack in the oven..

and Voila!

Curly fries from Arby's are my favorites. As for something to dip them in, either I go for BBQ sauce, ranch sauce, honey mustard, or a mixture of ketchup and mayo.

I like the sound of the tabasco and ranch mixture, though. I'll have to give that one a try.
