I thought of another one last night that I use ALL THE TIME
I get a patient in for a mammo and she's treating me like it's MY fault that it's time for her yearly screening. Then on top of that she's treating me as if I'm to blame for all her problems at any given moment. Everyone at work knows that when a patient like that comes in, give them to me because they don't phase me. But they always ask how I manage to be so nice. I always tell them the same thing....
