Although you're still getting the nicotine, it's much less harmful than smoking tobacco to get it. My mom smoked for 40 years and quit using the gum. By any means, though, good luck to you! By any means, though, good luck to you! You can do it! Well, the patches make me ill and the gum hasn't worked for me in the past. I've quit cold turkey before, although I was obviously not very successful at it... lol. Thanks for the vote of confidence! | |

Have you tried patches or gum? Although you're still getting the nicotine, it's much less harmful than smoking tobacco to get it. My mom smoked for 40 years and quit using the gum.
I never tried the gum before, but I have tried the patches and they only make people want to smoke more from what I heard on the news a week ago. I think I'm doing good for trying to stop. I smoke 3 cigarettes a day. I'm trying cold turkey again soon. I'm BAD's FIRST BORN Baby Girl

I used to smoke Marlboro reds!! the strong ones!! and sometimes american spirits menthol...but mostly reds. and but not untill I was an adult ofcourse  "not a fan"  yeah...ok | |
