Everytime that movie comes on cable, I have to sit and watch and say the lines and sing the songs. Theaters across the country played it last week in celebration of the 20 years. I remember seeing it in the theater and drooling the whole time over Patrick Swayze. I still have the single "She's Like the Wind."

Oh yes, that song was perfect for setting up the mood. There's a Legacy Edition of the soundtrack that includes that song, and 15 others not included on the original.

This is one of my favorite movies! My favorite scene is their last dance at the end of the movie. My favorite song from the soundtrack is She's like the Wind.

I admit,this movie is a guilty pleasure of mine I got the Deluxe Edition DVD that includes tons of extras,music videos,interviews,etc.It's a fun movie to watch from time to time.

I also enjoy the soundtrack she's like the wind.....

i concur. This movie is one of those movies that I have to watch everytime it comes on tv even though I've seen it dozen times, and it had it's corny parts..but my favorite scenes are when Patrick was walking in those tight black pants that man was some kind of sexy in that movie!!!! I love the scenes when he dances with Penny, those two are really an excellent pair. I know the actress who plays Penny was in Flashdance too or did the choregraphy for Flashdance or something.
