Every one once in a while, my boss sends me uplifting "Thought of the Day" e-mails, but rarely are they of a spiritual nature. She's out of the office on leave, so they've been rare of late. And today is a hard day for me as I've just backed out of the Miami Invasion. This afternoon we had a goodbye party for my best friend and roommate who is leaving work and off on an adventure that may take him out of L.A. for good. So it's a melancholy day, and nice to be reminded of the joy and strength that I receive from my faith.
