Mother's Day gifts?

Anyone know what I can give my mom for mother's day? She doesn't like teddy bears much, she doesn't want flowers...they will die...I think she has enough perfume...I've been on for a few hours trying to find something. What are you buying your mom, wife or girlfriend for mother's day?

Does she like body lotions? I always give my sisters (they are mom's)
Bath and Body work baskets, and they always seem pleased. I would buy something for my Mom, but she passed away 10 years ago. Whatever you give her, tell her you love her!! She'll appreciate it, trust me, I'm a Mom! wink

Sorry about your mom. hug

Thanks, I'll see about that, I like Bath and Body works, but I didn't think about looking at their website. I tell her I love her all the time, but she's kind of hard...now that I think about it, I'm the one who says it first. Thanks again!

nod i'm thinking of getting my mom a gift card for somewhere really fun that she'd never usually go, just so she'll get herself stuff like jeans and sweaters and hoodies and stuff she wants but never gets herself.

Take her out for dinner. Buy her a book she may enjoy. If she doesn't like the book, then at least she will like the meal! Hopefully...

Ok, not to put a damper on this thread but,
Trust me from the heart, that it is not what you give your Mom...it's that you remember her. Acknowledge her, let her know you love her, spend time with her, even if it's just doing something simple with her like a walk. My Mom passed away 10 years ago, and I thought I was a pretty good daughter, but to this day I always feel like I should have done more things with her. She loved to go to lunch, just sit and talk girl things, she loved to go to the nursery to walk around and look at flowers ( I thought this was the most boring thing in the world, but it made her happy)
Surprise her and invite her over for dinner, send her a nice card, for no reason at all. Love, hug and kiss your Mom.
Trust me as a Mother of 4, your Mom deserves the best!! worship

Happy Mother's Day, to all the org Mom's!!!! dancing jig

I renewed my mom's subscription to Cooks Illustrated. She loves reading articles that begin, "We started with 452 chickens and then..." lol

A ticket to a massage parlor, pedicure, manicure, sauna or something.
Or maybe a ticket to the theater, a concert.
Does she like gardening? A big plant with beautiful flowers.
Or is she into jewelery? A necklace, bracelet shrug
Good luck with it.

My mother is the selfless type who rarely does anything nice for herself. She works out nearly every day, but never goes for a massage or anything.

I just got her a gift certificate for a holistic aromatherapy/hot stone massage. I'm so excited to give it to her! giggle
