is your life like a box of chocolates?

or do you refer to the little booklet that comes in the box that tells you what each one is?

Nope. Well, not unless the box is old enough and not kept right. then I just find worms inside.

I have had toblerone WELL beyond the use by and it was fine, as long as it wasn't left out in the sun or in a hot car it should not have had worms talk to the hand

did you know some jams can last forever! eyepop

it is actually really annoying that the box I have in front of me HAS no key booklet - my son cut it up for the C page in his sound book. I bit into one before and it was mint ill at least if you KNOW it was mint you can leave it to last, for one of those desperate times, and then brace yourself for the grossness.

I don't like surprises in my chocolates. I like to know for sure that I like what I'm having. I don't mind trying different chocolates, but I'd like to know in advance what filling they have inside.

are you like this with your life too? in general would you prefer things planned out ahead of time? like bob and jane come over at 5pm next saturday so you have time to clean up, or are you like me and prefer bob and jane to drop in unannounced so I don't have to clean up, (I mean I didn't even know they were coming! razz )

I need it planned.
I like to know what I'm eating, no one drops by unannounced.
This isn't to say I can't go with the flow or take surprises. Just not when it comes to chocolate or guests. smile

I like things planned, yes. But when I plan things, I make sure to leave time for surprises or changes.
For example, I've spent Friday and Saturday cleaning my place because I knew my girl will come visit.
But for example, I didn't know I'd end up spending my whole weekend with her, most of it at her place.

My place is too messy for unannounced guests. Even when they bring chocolates.

Yes I do. Besides, I have nothing to offer them expect for a 2 days old pizza. No drinks.

Then I wouldn't buy them. They should make an entire box of marzipan for the freaks who like it, then leave it out of the mixed boxes for normal people to enjoy.
