I love moon lit walks in the park like anyone else. . .but I have to actually moonwalk with my moon walk!

nope I just went and checked the way I shot them and they are in fact both un-rotated, so the moons axis must tilt, just as the earth's does! I mean different angles, not sides

and yes pandy, we never ever see the other side of the moon, EVER, but I saw it on the telly once and it looks pretty boring

Okay now I'm confused. Just because the pictures are un-rotated doesn't mean the axis is not in the middle from our viewpoint, right? Maybe just a tiny bit (I can see some white between one of the dark spots and the edge in one of the pictures but not the other), but it's sure not a lot.

Anyway, I guess I should go study moonography or whatever it might be called...
