like I said its quite common in places like Russia and other countries where they are poor and thier economies have collapsed.

Yes, it's certainly not always about drugs, but money in general, but while that can have an effect on parents' thinking I don't think lack of money alone is the reason for this. This is about morally defective individuals doing something so obscene it beggars belief. It's sad. | |
