Anyone remember Blue Chip Stamps and the Jewel T Man? Blue Chip stamps used to be collected to get prizes.
The Jewel T Man was a guy who drove a van full of stuff to buy. He had the best Pretzels I've ever tasted my whole life!! 2010: Healing the Wounds of the Past.... http://prince.org/msg/8/325740

OH YEAH! Was it only certain grocery stores? I think here in Detroit it was Chatham and Great Scott (both defunct now) that gave them away...holy flashback! It was always hard for me to see the stamps actually being handed over because I was riding in the bottom of the basket...(which I loved)
