After months of agonizing, I've had my hair chopped off!


And I'm not trying to grow it out ever again. I simply wasn't meant to have long hair.


AND my stylist (and one of my oldest friends) surprised me today by knocking $30 off the price of a cut and color for me and telling me that was my new price from now on. What a sweetheart! Busniess must be going well for him. I asked him why and he wouldn't really say. I think he just loves me.

So, what major life decisions have you made lately??

And I just cant have short hair. My hair has always been to the middle of my back. And how nice of your friend to give you a discount, I still cant find a good hairstylist, I will be trying someone new maybe this week.

Thanks. I went through a short panic mode this afternoon after I posted the thread. But then I realized I only chopped about 3 inches off. If I really, really want to, I can try again. But I don't think I want to. I may consider extensions in the future, though.

The length you were at, where it's both too long and too short to DO anything with, is where I'm at, and it'ssuuuucchhh a drag. I think about cutting it all off and going back to blue-haired butch like every other day.
