What are your eating times?

Ok I attend university and I have recently noticed the time in which people go take their lunches. Ok for me some people eat lunch way too early! at 11:00AM! what?!
at 11:00-11:30AM I am barely looking at what I should or should not have for breakfeast, and if time goes by fast then I skip that and I eat lunch at times from 2:00-3:30PM and maybe even till 4:30PM at the latest, and by then I am too tired and sleepy to consider dinner. However, by then I am full and don't like to eat past 6:00PM. However, I do have breakfeast on some days at 8:30AM.
What is your feeding schedule.
I really like spicy food. I mostly put Jalapenos on a lot of my food.

I usually have breakfast between 9:30 and 10:00. I have lunch around 1, but sometimes I can't have lunch until around 3:30 because of my classes. I eat dinner around 6:30 and then if I get hungry after that, I will have some yogurt or I'll have a glass of milk. biggrin

If it were up to me I'd wake up at 9am, have coffee right away, eat a meal at 11am, another at 5pm, and something light and possibly sweet around 10pm, heading for bed after midnight.

However, life never works like that, and I actually eat depending on my tutoring and class schedule that day. shrug

I work M-F, so by 8 am Im at my desk thinking of what to have for breakfast, which I usually do at 9am. At 12 I have lunch and then I get home at 6pm and have dinner, some snacks in between as well biggrin But on the weekends its a whole different story I love sleeping in since I cant during the week so I wake up at around 11am which usually means no breakfast and have lunch like at 12:30pm and then eat at whatever time i am hungry again during the day.

Weekdays I'm up at 4:30, have breakfast around 7, lunch around 11:30-noon and dinner anywhere from 5-6. Weekends, it all depends.
But I'm thinking of getting back on my light snacking all day and one meal at night. When I'm on that schedule I'm eating something every 2 hours or so. Prorien bar first, then yogurt, then salad w/a bit of protein for lunch, fruit in the afternoon, a normal sized dinner, then fruit or a treat for dessert. I need to get back to that.
