any tattoo artist worth his/her salt will ask you if you want someone's name, who it is. if you say wife/husband, boyfriend/girlfriend , most tattoo artists won't even do it.
unless it's your kid or a deceased relative or like mom/dad/grandparent thing, it's really NOT a good idea. I dont know if I could do it if it was "in memory of" My brother is my only full blooded sybling. He means the world to me. He has helped me through some of my toughest times. He has never judged me, even when he knew I was sooo wrong. His support is 100%, even if he doesnt always show it. In the end, its entirely up to you. You have to live with it. Say it's just a dream...
